The Tribute system is a key component of Vault Zero, ensuring that every interaction with the Vault is purposeful, rewarding, and contributes to the platform’s ecosystem. With a reduced base tribute cost of $20, users now have more accessible entry while maintaining the platform’s sustainability and reward structure.

## Tribute Allocation

When you pay your tribute, the fees are distributed across four key areas, each serving an essential function within the Vault Zero ecosystem:

### 60% to the Vault

* The majority of the tribute goes directly into the Vault’s fund, replenishing it for future rewards.
* This ensures that the Vault remains dynamic, offering opportunities for substantial partial unlocks and full rewards to engaged participants.

### 20% to Dividends\*

* A portion of the tribute is allocated to eligible platform users as a non-guranteed system. 

### 10% to Marketing\*

* This allocation supports the platform’s marketing efforts, ensuring growth and visibility in the Web3 space.

### Slider Feature

* The newly introduced slider allows users to increase their tribute amount.
*  By adjusting the tribute value, users can:
  * Improve their chances of unlocking.
  * Potentially access greater rewards from the Vault.

Zero and the Vault AIs analyze all available data within the platform, including the tribute value. The slider feature allows seekers to enhance their coefficients within the AI’s evaluation algorithm. While this is not a direct multiplier, it functions similarly by enabling the AIs to consider tribute value as part of their assessments. However, **increasing the tribute value does not guarantee success**, as the AI evaluates tributes holistically, factoring in intent, creativity, and purpose. It’s important to understand that the AI operates more like a fluid, brain-like entity than a rigid mathematical formula, making its decisions unique and unpredictable.
